Twelve Oaks - Suggestions and Complaints

Welcome to Twelve Oaks Homeowners Association. We are committed to maintaining a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for all residents. 

Below are Two Form Options. 

Form for Suggestions for the Board - We Welcome any and all suggestions from our neighbors on how to improve our neighborhood. 

Form for Complaints. Its important to understand that the Board is limited in what can be done with complaints filed. 

If your compliant is related to a City Law or Ordinance Violation - we strongly suggest you reach out to the appropriate city department (Click Here).   Examples of this would include - Illegally Parked Cars, Speeding Complaints, Illegal Fires (or burns), Dangerous Behavior or Actions, Animal Complaints. 

Examples of issues the Board CAN help address. Specific Restriction Violations - Failure to Maintain Lot, Trailers / Boats / RV's stored on lots not garaged.  

Most of the Restrictions written for our neighborhood are specific to Lot Use, Design and Construction, and the establishment of the Board / Association.
