Your HOA Board consists on 8 volunteers who each serve a 3 year term. The 9th member of the Board is Kenny Stout - The developer of the Twelve Oaks Subdivision. Over 30 years ago, Kenny and his wife sought to develop land that was part of their families farm, into the most desirable neighborhood in Mt Washington and Bullitt County. 30 years later - Twelve Oaks maintains its position as the premier neighborhood in Mt Washington. The Board members are here to help promote and serve the common good and general welfare of the members of the Association and the residents of Twelve Oaks Subdivision. The Board is tasked with maintaining the neighborhood through projects like maintenance of our common areas, assisting neighbors with complaints of violations of the deed restrictions, collecting dues and being fiscally responsible with the dues collected.
If you are interested in volunteering for a term on the board, elections are held annually at the annual meeting - In March. Bi-Monthly meetings are held for the Board, and open to all residents of Twelve Oaks. Your attendance is welcome and encouraged!
Kenny Stout is the Developer of our Twelve Oaks Neighborhood. He maintains active participation as a Board Member, and is responsible for all approvals related to Construction, and modifications per the neighborhood restrictions.
Mike O'Neill is currently serving as the TORA Board President through the Annual Meeting March of 2026. Mike lives in Section 3.
